第二天早上的飛機，怕打車不好打，住的這裡。這酒店距離機場很近，但非常大的噪音，噪音有空調，空調室外機，還有一點都不隔音的窗戶。 晚上12點實在被吵的睡不著，感覺自己睡在工廠車間裡，找服務人員給換了間房，新換的屋裡的空調噪音小了很多，就成功睡著了。 所以如果你睡眠不是非常好的，還是不要住這裡了。或者趕緊進屋測試空調聲音，很大的話也好及時換間房。

Location is great if you're getting a flight. The room is nice enough and includes toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo (which has been suggested aren't by other guests). Unfortunately they're doing renovations at the moment so there's a bit of noise and the lobby is a bit confusing. Once it's sorted I'm sure it'll be great.

I'm staying with my wife. Service is ok, facilities is good, location is around 11km from Sandakan City. Breakfast is ok as mostly hotel breakfast. Easy to find food around, Dozo is just behind the hotel in 3 minutes walking distance. Overall worth for money.

The room very good but amenities a bit dissappointed. Shower gel not refill, toilet pipe make a noisy sound and a problem with hot and cold water.

We recently stayed at The Pavilion Hotel in Sandakan and had a pleasant experience, especially during breakfast. The dining area was clean, spacious, and well-lit, providing a comfortable environment to start the day. The breakfast spread was simple yet satisfying, offering options such as bread, spreads, and beverages like fresh juice. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring the tables were clean and guests were well-served.

The receptionist girl name Athira please change your attitude when talking with customer. I wanted to check in early since I saw some people already check out in lobby. I understand it take time to clean the room. Athira said it take 10-20 mins. After almost one hour I asked again if the room ready or not and what she replied “ saya tak tau bila ready. Housekeeping belum info then saya tak boleh buat apa-apa. “ ( with annoying face no smile or apologies) Lol you’re receptionist how can you don’t know ? You can follow up them by call how’s the cleaning process going , how long it take and tell them us. But she didn’t do anything. Yes I keep watched her work there lol I wish you tell me “ Sorry for waiting too long saya akan follow up housekeeping or sedang di bersihkan. “
